# Insights plan access

What each plan sees in Insights: the free preview, artist-level analytics, track-level views, and data freshness.

## Access by plan

Open **Insights** in the dashboard nav. What you see there depends on your plan:

| Free | A preview of Insights with an upgrade path. |
| Pro | Artist-level analytics across supported platforms. |
| Max and Team | Artist-level analytics plus deeper track-level views. |

On top of that, paid artists with active NotNoise distribution see distribution-backed catalog track data in the Tracks tab, on any paid plan.

## Artist-level vs. track-level

- **Artist-level analytics** cover your profile as a whole: streams, listeners, followers, Shazams, playlist activity, audience signals, and per-platform detail. Pro and above.

- **Track-level analytics** break performance down per song. Access depends on two things: your plan (Max and Team get deeper top-track detail) and your catalog (paid artists distributing through NotNoise get catalog-wide track rows for distributed music).

## The Tracks tab in detail

- **Paid and distributing through NotNoise**: catalog track rows for the music you distribute through NotNoise.

- **Max or Team without NotNoise distribution**: deeper top-track detail through the supported analytics path.

- **Pro without NotNoise distribution**: an empty state that points to Distribution; full per-track catalog data appears once you distribute through NotNoise.

> **Plan note:** Track-level detail always depends on your plan, your catalog state, platform reporting, and data availability. No plan shows unlimited per-track analytics for music NotNoise has no data source for.

## Refreshes and freshness

Insights refreshes automatically for paid artists. Data is not real-time:

- New artists and new releases can take a few hours to gather enough platform data.

- Platforms report on their own cadence, so some numbers update daily and others more slowly.

- Paid plans can request a manual refresh, subject to plan cooldowns.

> **Data note:** Insights is not real-time. If a number looks behind, give it a few hours, especially right after connecting an artist or releasing new music.

## Why a metric looks missing

- The platform has not reported that metric yet.

- There is not enough activity for the platform to report it at all.

- The metric is not available on that platform.

- The artist is new and platform data is still being gathered.

## Platform coverage

Insights covers supported platforms such as Spotify, YouTube, TikTok, Apple Music, Shazam, and SoundCloud, with the deepest detail for Spotify and YouTube. Coverage and metric depth vary by platform and by how much data each platform reports for your artist.
