I can't find my artist on Spotify

Make sure your music is distributed to Spotify and the release is live. If your artist name has special characters, try searching with the exact spelling. If you still can't find it, contact support with your Spotify artist URL.

My Smart Link is missing platforms

NotNoise auto-detects platforms based on release metadata. Some platforms take 24-48 hours to index new releases. If a platform is missing after that, add it manually in the Smart Link editor.

My ad campaign was rejected

NotNoise handles Meta's ad review process for you. If there's an issue, our team will adjust the creative and resubmit. You'll be notified if any changes are needed from your side.

I can't access Music Stats

Music Stats requires a connected Spotify artist profile. Go to Settings > Artist and connect your Spotify. Data usually appears within a few hours.

Full cross-platform stats (YouTube, TikTok, Apple Music, etc.) require a Pro, Max, or Team plan.

My payment failed

Update your card in Settings > Billing. NotNoise retries failed payments automatically over 3-5 days. If unresolved, your account reverts to Free but all data is preserved.

I want to change my artist name

Artist name is locked once Spotify or Apple Music is connected. This prevents data mismatches. If you've rebranded, contact support@notnoise.co and we'll update it manually.

I need a refund

All paid plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee. Contact support@notnoise.co with your request.

Campaign refunds (Playlist Pitching, Smart Ads) are available if the campaign hasn't started yet. Once work begins, refunds are not available.
