How pricing works

NotNoise has two types of costs:

Subscriptions are monthly or yearly.

They unlock features like unlimited smart links, cross-platform analytics, email capture, tracking pixels, and custom domains. They also reduce your fees on campaigns.

Campaigns are pay-per-use.

You buy Playlist Pitching and Smart Ads separately whenever you need them. Paid plans give you a discount on every campaign.

$0 forever.

• 3 smart links
• Basic link analytics
• Spotify stats only. Updates once a day. Shows the last 7 days.
• Access to Playlist Pitching and Smart Ads at full price (no plan discount)
• Smart Ads platform fee: 20% (added to your ad budget to cover campaign setup and optimization)

Best for artists just getting started or testing the platform.

Pro

$9/month. Or $97/year (save ~10%).

Everything in Free, plus:

• Unlimited smart links
• All streaming platforms in link auto-detection
• Music Stats across 20+ platforms. Updates every 12 hours. Shows the last 90 days.
• Fan email capture on Smart Links
• Pre-release campaigns (Pre-Save links)
• Auto-generated social promo graphics
• Ad-free links
• Theme selection and custom platform order
• High-quality audio preview
• Basic AI insights and geographic listener data
• Playlist tracking
• 10% off Playlist Pitching
• Smart Ads platform fee: 15%

Best for active artists releasing music regularly who want full analytics and fan building tools.

Max

$19/month. Or $182/year (save ~20%).

Everything in Pro, plus:

• Custom branded domain (yourdomain.com instead of notnoise.co)
• Remove NotNoise branding from links
• Tracking pixels (Meta, TikTok, Google)
• Track-level analytics. Updates every 3 hours. Full history stored forever.

Best for artists running ad campaigns who need tracking pixels and clean branding, or anyone who wants the deepest analytics.

Playlist Pitching

Three tiers based on the number of curators pitched. Your plan discount is applied automatically:

• Silver (20 pitches): $100 retail. Pro: $90. Max: $80. Team: $75.
• Gold (35 pitches): $175 retail. Pro: $158. Max: $140. Team: $131.
• Platinum (50 pitches): $250 retail. Pro: $225. Max: $200. Team: $188.

Smart Ads

Four budget tiers. The platform fee (covering ad management, Business Manager setup, and campaign optimization) is added on top:

• Starter: $99 / 7 days. Expected 500-1,500 streams.
• Standard: $150 / 14 days. Expected 1,000-3,000 streams.
• Popular: $300 / 21 days. Expected 2,500-6,000 streams.
• Maximum: $500 / 28 days. Expected 5,000-12,000 streams.

Platform fee by plan: Free 20%, Pro 15%, Max 10%, Team 10%.

Billing

How to upgrade

1. Go to Settings > Billing tab.
2. Click Change Plan.
3. Select your new plan and billing period (monthly or yearly).
4. Confirm payment.

Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated credit for your current plan.

How to downgrade

Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep full access until then.

If you downgrade to Free:

• Existing smart links keep working
• You can't create new links beyond the 3-link limit
• Music Stats reverts to Spotify-only
• Email capture and tracking pixels are disabled on existing links
• Your analytics history is retained if you upgrade again later

Payment methods

NotNoise accepts all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Stripe may add applicable taxes (VAT, sales tax) depending on your location. Update your card anytime from Settings > Billing.

Cancellation

Cancel anytime from Settings > Billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period.

FAQ

Can I try Pro or Max before committing?

There's no free trial, but all paid plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee. Email support@notnoise.co within 30 days for a full refund. No questions asked.

What happens when I hit the 3-link limit on Free?

You'll need to upgrade to Pro or higher to create more links. Your existing 3 links keep working.

If I downgrade to Free later, do my links keep working?

Yes. All existing links stay live. You just can't create new ones beyond the 3-link limit.

Do I lose my analytics data if I downgrade?

No. Your data is retained. If you upgrade again, your full history is restored.

Can I pause my plan between releases?

Not currently. You can cancel and re-subscribe when your next release cycle starts. Your data and links are preserved.

Can I switch between monthly and yearly billing?

Yes. Switch anytime from Settings > Billing. Yearly saves 10-20% depending on the plan.

How much does it cost to add artists on the Team plan?

Unlimited artist profiles are included in the Team plan at no extra cost.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards via Stripe.
