Creating your account

Sign up

1. Go to notnoise.co/signin.
2. Choose how to sign up: Email (enter your email and click Continue with Email) or Google (click Sign in with Google for one-click access).
3. If you chose email, look for an email from NotNoise with the subject "Sign in to NotNoise." Click the link inside to access your account.

If you don't see the email within a minute, check your spam or promotions folder. Gmail often routes magic links to the Promotions tab.

NotNoise uses magic links instead of passwords. Every time you sign in, you receive a fresh link via email. Nothing to remember, nothing to reset.

Connect your artist

After signing in for the first time, NotNoise asks you to connect your Spotify artist profile. This is the most important setup step because it lets NotNoise:

• Pull your full discography for Smart Links, Ads, and Pitching
• Auto-detect streaming platforms where your music is available
• Show your streaming analytics in Music Stats
• Match your releases with album artwork automatically

How to connect Spotify

1. Go to Settings in the sidebar (bottom of the screen).
2. In the Artist tab, find the Spotify section.
3. Search for your artist name.
4. Select the correct profile from the results.
5. Click Save.

Your discography appears immediately across Smart Links, Smart Ads, and Playlist Pitching. Streaming data in Music Stats usually populates within a few hours.

Connect Apple Music

1. Go to Settings in the sidebar.
2. In the Artist tab, scroll to the Apple Music section.
3. Toggle "Yes, already on Apple Music."
4. Search for your artist profile.
5. Click Save.

This adds Apple Music data to your analytics alongside Spotify.

What if I'm not on Spotify yet?

You can skip the Spotify connection and still use NotNoise. Without Spotify connected, you can:

• Create Smart Links manually (paste platform URLs instead of auto-detect)
• Run Smart Ads campaigns
• Use Playlist Pitching (you'll provide a streaming link when submitting)

You won't have access to Music Stats until you connect a Spotify artist profile. You can always come back to Settings and connect later.

What to do first

Once you're signed up and your artist is connected:

1. Create your first Smart Link. Go to Smart Links in the sidebar, click New Link, and pick a release. Takes 30 seconds.
2. Check your Music Stats. Go to Music Stats to see your streaming data across platforms.
3. Customize your link. Open your new link in the editor. Choose which platforms to show, reorder them, and add your branding.
