Understanding your results

How to read your campaign results and what the feedback means.

Your pitch report

After your campaign completes, you receive a detailed report. Here's what each section means.

Placements

Tracks that were added to playlists. Shows the playlist name, curator, and estimated reach (total playlist followers). These are real, organic placements with genuine listeners.

Curator responses

Every curator who was pitched gives a response. Common outcomes:

  • Placed - your track was added to their playlist
  • Shortlisted - they liked it but are holding for a future update
  • Declined with feedback - they passed but explained why
  • No response - they didn't reply within the campaign window

Feedback

Many curators provide specific feedback: production quality, vocal performance, genre fit, suggested improvements. This is valuable intelligence for your next release.

A&R notes

Our team's assessment of how the campaign went, patterns in curator responses, and recommendations for your next release or follow-up campaign.

What to expect

  • Silver: typically 3-8 placements from 20 pitches
  • Gold: typically 8-15 placements from 35 pitches
  • Platinum: typically 15-25 placements from 50 pitches

Results vary by genre, track quality, and market timing. New Music Friday season (Fridays) and January/September tend to have higher placement rates.
