Refunds and cancellations
The plain-language version of NotNoise's refund policy for subscriptions, Playlist Pitching, and Ads.
The short version

Subscriptions: cancel anytime; first-time subscribers have a 30-day money-back guarantee on their first payment.

Playlist Pitching: full refund if your campaign ends with zero placements.

Cancelling your subscription
Cancel anytime from Settings > Billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and no partial refunds are issued for unused time. Your data and Smart Links stay reachable on Free, subject to the Free limits on new links.
30-day money-back guarantee (subscriptions)
First-time NotNoise subscribers can get a full refund of their first subscription payment:

It applies to the first subscription purchase only, not renewal charges or plan upgrades.

Request it within 30 days of the first charge by emailing support@notnoise.co.

It covers the subscription fee only. It does not apply to Playlist Pitching campaigns, Ads budgets, or Sparks purchases.

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
EU consumers also have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. The subscription starts immediately, which affects how that right applies; the Terms of Use explain the details, and the 30-day guarantee above applies either way.
Playlist Pitching refunds

A campaign is eligible for a full refund only if it ends with zero curator placements.

One or more placements means the campaign is not refundable, regardless of the total count or whether the outcome met your expectations.

Request a refund within 30 days of the campaign completion date at support@notnoise.co, with your campaign ID and account email. NotNoise verifies placement results before processing.
Ads refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the campaign's submission status:

Not yet submitted to Meta because of a technical error on NotNoise's side: full refund.

Approved by Meta and running: no refund. The ad budget is committed to Meta's platform and cannot be recovered.

Rejected by Meta after submission: you receive either account credit of the full amount for future campaigns, or a refund of the amount paid minus payment processing fees, at NotNoise's discretion. We contact you to confirm the resolution.

Underperformance: no refunds. Advertising results, including streams, followers, clicks, and conversions, are not guaranteed.
Request an Ads refund within 7 days of the original payment at support@notnoise.co, with your campaign ID and the reason.
Sparks
Sparks, the in-app credits used for AI Music Video generation, are non-refundable once credited to your account. If a generation fails because of a platform error on NotNoise's side, the Spark is automatically returned to your balance.
Distribution
Distribution is included with paid plans, so subscription refunds follow the rules above. Royalties already earned on your releases remain payable under the Distribution Terms, even when the underlying subscription is refunded. Email support@notnoise.co with your account email and, for campaign refunds, the campaign ID. Anything this page does not cover, ask there too.
